Embrace Your Inner Shaman

 

When I do a session, I make noises. I feel the other person’s issues and convert them to sound and dissipate them that way. The feeling in the body is like that feeling when someone is mad and sending anger your way or dumping their problems onto you. All I do is grunt or growl from the depth of my core and the energy is dissipated.

There is no reason others can’t do this for themselves. When you are alone and feel annoyed or frustrated, simply go to a place where you can emit the sounds that represent what you are feeling. It isn’t dramatic or demonstrative. It is very matter of fact. Once the embarrassment subsides and the gain overrides self consciousness, this could be considered a very great way of regaining a comfort level in the body. One should always feel comfortable in their own skin.
