After one has dissolved all karmic ties with someone or something, and has removed all that has been dumped on them, they may feel depleted. It is no different from breaking up with someone who you have poured your love into and realized that they took way more than they reciprocated. So one is left feeling lost and empty. When one has been used, cheated, abused, energetically raped and left in pieces. Wouldn’t it be great to go back and get back all that has been taken; not to be spiteful but merely to be whole?
Scientists know that energy has weight and mass. No matter how subtle, if we had the instruments to measure it, we would realize that it is intangible in some degrees but it is still matter. If we had sensitive enough instruments, we could weigh and measure it. Because it does have some sort of mass and volume, it can be retrieved. The way we do this is with an intention and a tap.
An intention is an energetically charged thought. It is directed by the mind and fueled by the heart. The heart, mind combination is the winning combination behind every success. It can be our intention to retrieve what has been taken from us. Those who don’t think it is possible, may have never tried it.
The next tap in the protocol has three versions. There is general one, a more thorough one, and there is a very thorough one. These are not just words. Positive words are like a vitamin to the body. This tap is an actual retrieval of the energy that has been taken from the one who invokes this tap.
Here is the 3 versions of the same tap to do to retrieve one’s energy:
(Say each statement 3 times while tapping on your head and say it a 4th time while tapping on your chest)
“I take back all that __________ has taken from me; in all moments”
“I take back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Life and Wholeness that ___________ has taken from me; in all moments”
“I take back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Success, Security, Companionship, Creativity, Peace, Life, Wholeness, Beauty, Enthusiasm, Confidence, Spirituality and Enlightenment that ____________ has taken from me; in all moments”
As this tap is being done, it may actually feel like one is being inflated. Some people may feel like their chest is opening up or they are feeling taller. Some may feel extended all over.
To maintain a balance, it is important to give back all that you have taken from the same party. If it someone who you don’t have a history with, you may just say a generic tap:
“I give back all that I have taken from ___________; in all moments”
If it is someone who you care about; like a relative, you may want to use this version:
“I give back, all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Life and Wholeness that I have taken from ___________; in all moments”
If one is going to do the taps with the subject being someone who they love; like a spouse or child; they may want to do this version:
“I give back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Success, Security, Companionship, Creativity, Peace, Life, Wholeness, Beauty, Enthusiasm, Confidence, Spirituality and Enlightenment That I have taken from __________; in all moments”
If you are recanting all vows and agreements with an establishment, instead of a person, and you are getting all that has been taken from you from an establishment, you will want to follow-up by giving back all that you have taken from all others, that the establishment caused you to take from them. You wouldn’t give back to the establishment but the people who the establishment caused you to hurt. For example, if you have been a soldier in war, you may want to give back to all those that war has caused you to take from. Here is what it looks like:
“I give back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Life and Wholeness that I have taken from all others due to _________; in all moments”
