Self Esteem Marathon

One of the biggest problems with people is their lack of confidence in their own ability. It is because in so many lifetimes and experiences we have been diminished, enslaved, imprisoned, used, sacrificed, tortured, humiliated, broken, beaten and abandoned and scorned. We have adopted the belief that we are born in sin so that our very existence is contingent on performing great acts to overcome an innate flaw. The only way we can shine and still be acceptable is to be the best at being the most undeserving. It is a reverse play of the ego.

If one person can do something, and we are all of the same make up, it makes sense that another person can do it as well. How many times have you witnessed someone sharing their gift and thought; “I could never do that”? The first primal thought that manifests within yourself SHOULD BE yes I can do that! I want to do that. It may not be the same but it will be good! This is what young children do.

If you go into a class room of five years old and ask them, “who can draw”, most will all raise their hands. If you ask them, “who can sing”, most will raise their hands. If you ask them who can dance, most will all raise their hands. If you do that with a group of adults, maybe one or two will come forward. That is their ego getting in the way. Being afraid to be criticized is the ego. Being afraid of not being good enough is ego. We have been taught to compete in life; to win. But we are not at war with others. It has become an eternal battle that calls up unconscious memories when the battles were life and death.

Say each statement 3 times while tapping on your head and say it a 4th time while tapping on your chest.

“I release hating myself; in all moments”
“I release the belief that God hates me; in all moments”
“I release the guilt and trauma of hurting others; in all moments”
“I release the belief that God is punishing me; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I am damned; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I am a sinner; in all moments”
“I recant my vow of servitude; in all moments”
“I recant my vow of humility; in all moments”
“I recant my vow of self-deprecation; in all moments”
“I recant my vow of self deprivation; in all moments”
“I recant my vow to not transcend; in all moments”
“I release sabotaging myself; in all moments”
“I release all the trauma of the past; in all moments”
“I release all the fear of the future; in all lifetime”
“I release the fear and trauma of being seen; in all moments”
“I release being invisible; in all moments”
“I release the fear of abusing power; in all moments”
“I release choosing power over love in all moments”
“I release the fear and trauma of being separated from the herd; in all moments”
“I recant all vows and agreements I have made with myself; in all moments”
“I remove all curses that I have put on myself; in all moments”
“I remove all false beliefs I have been operating under; in all moments”
“I dissolve all karmic ties that I have tangled myself in; in all moments”
“I remove all the pain, burden and limitations I have put on myself; in all moments”
“I remove all the pain, burden, limitations that I have put on all others; in all moments”
“I take back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Success, Security, Companionship, Peace, Life, Wholeness, Beauty, Enthusiasm, Spontaneity, Contentment and Enlightenment I have kept from myself; in all moments”
“I give back all that I have taken from all others; in all moments”
“I call back all my parts in all moments”
“I make myself whole; in all moments”
“I repair and fortify my Wei Chi; in all moments”
“I am centered and empowered in Divine Love: in all moments”
“I happily and unabashedly share my gifts; in all moments”

If this exercise can help you share your abilities and feel the confidence that you deserve to feel, then you will be able to own that greatness that deep down we both know you feel. If you can do it for yourself, others will learn from watching you. Here is to all finding self-empowerment.
