Being Kind Automatically

The beauty of practicing kindness and thoughtfulness regularly is that after practicing it regularly, it becomes a part of our parasympathetic nervous system. It is automatic. It is like teaching ourselves to walk and then not having to think about it for every step. As with walking, then we don’t even need to try to be kind and thoughtful after awhile . This is how we evolve into a better species.
