(Say each statement 3 times out loud while CONTINUOUSLY tapping on the top of your head at the crown chakra and say it a fourth time while tapping on your chest)

“I release feeling left out; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I am not included; in all moments”
“I release putting conditions on myself and others; in all moments”
“I release needing permission to participate; in all moments”
“I release the need for prerequisites; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I don’t fit the bill; in all moments”
“I release missing a sense of belonging; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I don’t belong; in all moments”
“I release resenting those who seem to belong; in all moments”
“I release the belief that others belong more than myself; in all moments”
“I release the fear of being called out; in all moments”
“I release the belief that I am an outsider; in all moments”
“I am comfortable in my position in life; in all moments”
“I am comfortable in my skin; in all moments”
“I belong where I am; in all moments”
“I am loved and of value right where I am; in all moments”
“I can join in if I choose to; in all moments
“I am where I belong; in all moment”
