Fear of Death =Fear of Living= Death

DSCN0799

Most people aren’t actually afraid to die. They are afraid of being separated from their consciousness. All this means is that they are afraid that somewhere down the road in their spiritual endeavors, or beyond the veil of death, they will discontinue to be them. Some believe that through spiritual practices their atoms of self, will be melted in the collective and they will cease to exist any longer. Or some may think that when they cross over, they lose a sense of self. This does not happen.

You will always be you. You will always have a vantage point to identify with as long as you wish it. You will always continue to expand and grow but you will always continue to be you.

The fear of an ultimate finality is the driving force behind all fears. But the ironic thing is, that fear paralyzes a person into inaction. That inaction in itself becomes the death that people are afraid of. Life is fluid, constant and changing. If you refuse to change, move, or become more aware, you are holding yourself in an unnatural state. This is a form of death. You are mimicking the stagnant energy that collects in and aroubd the body to jam up the works; and create sickness and dis-ease.

Here are some taps that will free up your energy and create a greater sense of well-being. They will help you energy move more fluidly.
